I would like to express my appreciation for your support of the Water Resources Development Act. I support the improvement and development of recreation facilities at Dworshak Reservoir. It is good for the Orofino area economy and Idaho. Please continue your efforts to secure direction and funds for Dworshak improvement projects.

There is a need for a larger marina with protection from wave and storm damage. There is currently a waiting list for moorage slips. More moorage equals more economic benefits to the city and surrounding area. Although the draw down has made it difficult to utilize the area, the destination docks have improved recreation. Additional destination docks as well as a more moorage for large boats would be beneficial. Improved camping, fishing, swimming, hiking and all around recreation access improvement are all possibilities.
